Booking Terms:

• No refunds on bookings made for peak season (16 December – 08 January).
• A refundable key, breakages and damages deposit is required.
• Noise is strictly prohibited after 8PM daily and NO MUSIC is to be played OUTSIDE at any time. BRO Villa’s Management reserves the right to evict guests not adhering to the noise restrictions without notice, should any excessive noise complaints be received.
• STRICT NO PARTY RULE. The BRO Villas are perfect for a Family Friendly Holiday and are not a party venue. Parsonsvlei is a residential area and visitors should respect local residents enjoyment of a tranquil neighborhood.

Payment:

A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation charge is required to secure reservations.

Cancellation Policy:

• Less than 7 days prior arrival date – Forfeit 100% of deposit
• From 7 to 14 days prior arrival date – Forfeit 75% of deposit
• From 14 to 21 days prior arrival date – Forfeit 50% of deposit
• From 21 to 28 days prior arrival date – Forfeit 25% of deposit
